Inspired by Chef Francisco's artichoke dish at Mid City (a lovely, charming bar with an amazing menu), this cheese is made using a sunflower seed and artichoke base and dotted with dried mango and cherry. Inside is a sweet and spicy middle layer of cherry preserves and CinSoy Chili Crisp.
