SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Subscription orders ship on the first Wednesday of each month. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States.

Free local pickup is available in Madisonville, Cincinnati during our open hours. Pickup orders for subscribers are available during the first week of each month.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are perishable artisan food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madcheese.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@madcheese.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not issue refunds for subscription charges already processed.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription has begun. If there is an issue with a delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@madcheese.com.
