Subscribe by Sunday, September 15th to receive the October Box. 
Subscriptions purchased September 16th - October 17th will begin with the November Box.

When you sign up for the Mad Cheese Subscription Box, here's what you'll receive each month:

Two wheels of cheese:  One of the wheels is a Mad Cheese staple cheese that is also sold in our store. The second wheel is an exclusive cheese that is only available in the box (think extra-special and seasonal)!

Each month the cheeses are selected to pair well together.   You'll also receive exclusive recipes, bite pairings and drink pairings, and a link to a tutorial for a cheese board using those cheeses. 

 

At this time, we are unable to add extra products to subscription boxes or substitute different products. All cheeses will be gluten-free, although they are processed in our commercial kitchen where products containing gluten are also processed.

You can choose to pick up your subscription at our Madisonville store (the first Thursday-Sunday of each month) or have it shipped. Boxes can be shipped nationwide on the first Tuesday of each month for delivery on the first Wednesday of each month.  Please ensure that someone will be available to receive and refrigerate the delivery.  We are working on eco-friendly shipping that will keep our products cold for 48 hours (it's proving to be quite challenging).  Until we can figure that out, we will need to ship using Next Day Air.

Once you have subscribed, you will automatically receive a box each month, and your card will be automatically charged every 30 days from the date you subscribed.  You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the cut-off date for the next month's box (two weeks before pickup/shipping).
