Greener Pastures (WK)

This is our most popular fresh cheese.  Similar to an herbed chevre or goat cheese.  Soft, spreadable and tangy with grassy notes and rolled in crushed dried herbs.  Handcrafted using an almond base.  Each wheel weighs approximately 6 oz.  
Shelf life of 30 days, use within 7 days of opening.
