Goudavibes is a firm, smoky, creamy cheese handcrafted using a millet base and aged with a smoked sea salt rub.  Serve it cold on a cheese board or sandwich, or melt it into pasta or over your favorite burger.  Each wheel weighs approximately 6.5 oz.
