Mad Cheeses are handcrafted in small batches, using organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible.The fresh cheeses have a nut or legume base and the aged cheeses are created by adding certified vegan cultures to a cashew base and then carefully monitoring temperature and humidity, flipping each wheel daily, for three to eight weeks.

Mad Charcuterie meats are handcrafted using a vital wheat gluten base (or a pea protein base for our gluten-friendly versions) and all natural flavorings and ingredients.
