Mad Cheeses are handcrafted in small batches, using organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible.The fresh cheeses have a nut or legume base and the aged cheeses are created by adding certified vegan cultures to a cashew base and then carefully monitoring temperature and humidity, flipping each wheel daily, for three to eight weeks.
Gluten-friendly Mad Charcuterie meats are handcrafted using a pea protein base and all natural flavorings and ingredients. Peas are a highly sustainable crop and pea protein is gluten free, high in protein and iron.
