Our first oil-free cheese, FreshElla is soft and delicate with savory richness in every creamy bite...similar to a combination of Fresh Mozzarella and Burrata.  Use it whole or slice it in salads, pasta dishes, on flatbreads or in a traditional caprese salad with tomato and basil.  1-oz balls come packed in a brine of filtered water and sea salt.  8 oz per jar.
