Join us on Saturday, March 9th from 5pm-6:30pm for a cheese making class! We will enjoy Mad Cheese and Charcuterie light bites while we discuss the basics of making plant-based cheeses. Then we will move into the kitchen where we will show you how to make our FreshElla (fresh mozzarella balls). We will help you make your own batch and jar it to take home with you.
