for a special Charcuterie Class!
Heather will show you how to sugar fruit, share her techniques for building beautiful boards and then help you build your own board to take home.
Each ticket includes:

2 curated mixers - bring your own alcohol (recommendations provided) or enjoy with soda water (provided) as a mocktail.

Mad Cheese samples and light bites to enjoy during the class.

Choice of vintage plate for board building.

Selection of Mad Cheeses, Meats, Vegetables, Sugared Fruit, Herbs and Edible Flowers to use on your board.

Alcove Chef Josh Sprandel's special whipped ricotta with Italian herbs and spices (made with our Euphoricotta).

Half a dozen Deviled Veggs.
Want to invite someone to join you? Add-on tickets are $20 and include 2 curated mixers, Mad Cheese samples and light bites, and half a dozen Deviled Veggs. Limit one add-on ticket per person, maximum of two people total per board.
The class will be held at The Cheesecakery in Madisonville, 4901 Whetsel Ave. 45227. You are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or cocktails to enjoy.
