Crafted with a savory pea protein and chickpea base, each roast is lovingly wrapped around a log of my mom's traditional stuffing recipe (now perfectly veganized and gluten-free) and encased in marinated rice paper that crisps to golden perfection.

Easy Preparation: Your roast arrives vacuum-sealed and frozen for ultimate freshness. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then roast at 400°F for 25-35 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with the natural pan juices. The rice paper skin will turn beautifully golden and crispy while keeping the interior moist and flavorful.
