Nonna's Truffle is a rich, firm, aged cheese that melts in your mouth and has a hint of truffle that lingers on the palate.  It's made with a millet base and aged with a lightly smoked sea salt rub. Each wheel weighs approximately 6.5 ounces.
Shelf-life of 30 days, use within 7 days of opening.
