Creamy, soft and pungent with a bloomy white rind, this cashew-based cheese is aged for a month using vegan Camembert cultures. Similar to a Brie, it softens as it sits at room temperature and melts under the broiler or in the oven.  Approximately 4 ounces per wheel. 
Shelf-life of 7-14 days, use within 7 days of opening.
