*We do not use ingredients containing gluten in Peapperoni, it is processed in a facility that also processes gluten. 
 
Shelf life of 30 days, use within 7 days of opening.  Freezes well. Can be delivered frozen and vacuum-sealed for longer shelf-life (add a note to your order if you'd like this).
