Salty, tangy, creamy and crumbly Fet-ahhh!  Handcrafted using local CinSoy small-batch tofu (non-GMO, soybeans grown in Central Ohio).  Delicious on its own or crumbled into salads and pasta or over roasted veggies.  Each wheel weighs approximately 7 oz.
Shelf life of 30 days, use within 7 days of opening.  Freezes well. Can be delivered frozen and vacuum-sealed for longer shelf-life (add a note to your order if you'd like this).
