Join us on Friday, June 28th from 6:30pm-8:00pm for a Cheese Making Class! We will enjoy Mad Cheese and Charcuterie and light bites while we discuss the basics of making plant-based cheeses.  Then we will move into the kitchen where we will show you how to make our FreshElla (fresh mozzarella balls).  We will help you make your own batch and jar it to take home with you.
