Heather will show you how to prepare a special garnish using seasonal produce, share her techniques for building beautiful boards, and help you build your own board to take home. You'll also go home with a $10 Mad Cheese Gift Card.
 
Each ticket ($95) includes:
2 curated mixers - bring your own alcohol (recommendations provided) or enjoy with soda water (provided) as a mocktail.
 
Mad Cheese samples and light bites to enjoy during the class, including a savory treat from Starlight Doughnut Lab.
 
Choice of vintage plate for board building.
