Aged for over a month with certified vegan cultures, this cheese is semi-firm, creamy and mild.  Almost like a brie with a hint of the blues.  Handcrafted with a cashew base. Each wheel weighs approximately 4 oz.
Shelf-life varies from 7-14 days, use within 7 days of opening.
